Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Examples, timelines, capabilities, and pricing guidance are not binding commitments. A project begins only after scope, commercial terms, and authorization are agreed in writing.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website design, text, images, video, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Gravity CGI Studio. They may not be copied, republished, resold, or presented as another party's work without written permission. Client and third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Project enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, exclusivity arrangement, or guarantee of availability. Do not submit highly sensitive files until confidentiality and transfer requirements are agreed.
External services
The website may link to or use third-party analytics, forms, chat, video, social, or payment services. Their availability and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gravity CGI Studio is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, interruptions, third-party services, or unauthorized use of website materials. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
